Software for Self-Service Terminal Network

A comprehensive platform for managing self-service terminal networks (SSTN): from a few kiosks to large distributed networks. It includes terminal software PayCenter Kangaroo (Windows/Linux) and server component PayCenter Galactica with admin dashboard and optional agent mobile cabinet. It supports a large fleet of peripherals, remote monitoring/management, banking-level security (digital signature), multi-currency, and multilingual capabilities.

Role of the Fiscal Server (centralized fiscalization)

One or several FRs for the entire network: fiscal receipts are issued on central FRs, allowing terminals to operate without local FRs, simplifying maintenance and reducing fiscalization costs.
Printing on a regular thermal printer at the point: the client receives a receipt from the terminal, while fiscal details are generated on the server FR and stored in the system (electronic receipt/QR, details of FD/FPD). The specific printing/receipt issuance scheme and legally significant format are agreed upon during implementation, considering local legislation.
Flexibility: centralized fiscalization can be combined with local FRs where required by regulations or SLAs.

Architecture

Terminals (Kangaroo) ⇄ Galactica (processing + admin dashboard) ⇄ (optionally) Fiscal server ⇄ (as per specifications) external billing systems/providers. All channels are secured using digital signature.

Solution Composition

Client (terminal): PayCenter Kangaroo - Windows/Linux, Linux image available, can operate from a USB drive.
Server: PayCenter Galactica - core processing and routing, network topology management, scenarios, commission profiles, monitoring, and reporting.
Admin Dashboard: web console for managing points, roles, providers, tariffs, monitoring, and cash collections.
Agent Mobile Cabinet (Android): monitoring node statuses, alerts, remote operations with terminals, managing sub-agents, commercial reports.
Fiscal Server (optional): centralized fiscalization for multiple points/terminals using 1..N cash registers.

Security

We use digital signatures in all data exchange directions (terminal↔server, client↔server, server↔supplier), which complies with banking data transmission standards.

Implementation and Operation

Deployment: on-prem or private cloud.
Pilot: standard configuration launches quickly; composition and duration - according to the technical specifications.
Scaling: licensing "per point" or unlimited, option for source codes for server and client parts (by agreement).
